Northumberland / Re: Parish of Belford / Kyloe

NDFHS sell a booklet with monumental inscriptions for Kyloe which you might find useful.
I have found most of my Kyloe ancestors from reviewing microfiche at the Northumberland Archives at Woodhorn. Be aware that you may also find Kyloe people being baptised or married at Lowick. You could try the Bishops' Transcripts on Familysearch if you want to look at Lowick records.
What surnames are you looking for?

I have been wondering the same thing myself as I am now coming close to the 1672 barrier in looking for records for my Hall line from Elsdon. Have not had much luck searching online for information about any earlier records that might be relevant. Have you tried asking at Woodhorn?

My 3x great grandparents Peter Stavers and Margaret Young had a large family. Their youngest children were born in Newcastle in the 1840s and 1850s. Get in touch if it can be useful to you to exchange information.

Sorry I don't have any papers that would be of use to you, but I do have a great uncle who served in the 1/7th and was killed on the Somme in September 1916. His name was Edmund Webb, so if you come across any information about him in your research I would be interested to hear about it.
