Hi Everyone. I am hoping for some help with a member of my family ( not sure if she is still alive)
But she has not been seen since 1956-57
She was / is my Father's first cousin & the last time he saw her was 56-57.
This is a long story but I will cut it short .
Born in 1932 to my Father's Uncle & his wife later they divorced & she was adopted by my Father's Aunt & her Husband.

Later there was a family argument & she found out that she was adopted by her Aunt who she had thought was her Mother.
Later she ran away & got married to an older man then after a few years left him & went to England.
Met another man who was married who later went to Jail for shooting her on Jan 6-7 1954 at the Junction of Lyford Road & Frewin Road Wandsworth

She did keep in contact with My Father & another Aunt until 56/57 & then nothing since.
As she may still be alive I would not like to have her name on here. But anyone interested in my search can get in touch with me

Thank you

We did not know there was a will.
When My Husband's Grandfather died he left his wife almost destitute. and last week I came by that probate just by chance.
The nephew lived next door & never said a word about any money, My Father in Law is 84 & now wondering was there a secret in the family

Need Help with a Probate
found a 1952 Probate for my Husband's Grandfather but no one in his immediate family new that he left a will or that he had money. He left the money to his nephew & nothing to his wife & children.
Also it took 14 years to go through probate?  is there anyway I could find out who the solicitor was that dealt with this or why it took so long just for peace of mind for my Father in Law.
Thank You
Tawe.
