Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Re: Margaret Lynas 1608 Moorsholm

Goldie, thanks so much for what you have been able to help me read from the will.
I am working on a family tree of the Lynas family and  I am most interested in the various family names that are in this will.   One  name you uncovered for me was Alice Stonas  a daughter of the Margaret Lynas.   I  will now search out this name  as I thought in my working on this tree that Alice married someone else.
Again I am most appreciate  of your  help.
   Thank you.

Thanks  so much.   I appreciate your help.  And I now know what those little signs meant in the first line.   Also  thanks  for being able to read the complete  passage.  You have unlocked what I couldn't figure out myself.

Hello,

I am new to this group  and  my last post  was giving me trouble adding my  document in small enough form as by the guide line.

This document is about Robert Lynus  my 5th great grandfather who lived in Skelton, Yorkshire.
I don't know much about Robert Lynus other than he died  about 1733 and left no will.

I was hoping to learn more about what is written about him in this document.  I understand  he was neglecting his duties as constable of Skelton.

I would be most appreciate if  you could tell me more of what is stated in this  paper.
Thanks
