Just from your information, her surname was her married name so children would be registered with that name.
Baptisms might be more revealing but not necessarily so.
Is the husband’s new marriage before the birth of the first of her additional children?
That might give a clue as to the separation date. It might be that they just decided to go their separate ways or she may have left her husband.

Good finds. I think this shows that ‘Judri’ is ‘Frederick’ as suggested earlier by others.

Newspaper article of his inquest says that he was employed by Withy Grove Stores Ltd as a Motor Driver and Safe Remover.
Manchester Guardian 25th September 1924

The company is still in existence.

Sophie, above, was baptised Sophie Maud in 1872

Here is her marriage in 1897
George Albert Dobinson, 21 yrs and Sophia Maud Rogers, 23 yrs - father Edward Rogers, Plasterer

She is in 1911 as Sofia.

In case you haven’t checked, there is this one in Lambeth. Sadly, at the moment, I can’t trace her after 1891.

Sophie Rogers 20 yrs b Lambeth

She is with parents, Edward and Harriet at 1881 603 /84/16 as Sophy

Edward is with married daughter Harriet Moakes at 1901 408/137/44

There are a couple of Workhouse admissions for him 1902/3
