I have found Jememiah Murphy as a witness to my 3 x great grandfather Daniel Murphy marriage to Bridget Quill in 1860 at St Marys Catholic Chuch Moorfields, Its the first time I have come across Jeremiah and would like some help finding him, the only address I have for him is 5, York Place, I'm guessing its in Hoxton,?

Many Thanks in advance

Good Morning,

My 3 x great aunt Margaret Murphy, was born in 1864/5 in Lambeth to Daniel Murphy, and Bridget Quill, her siblings were John Murphy, my 2 x great grandfather, and Mary Ann Murphy.
I have found Margaret on the 1871 and 1881 census aged 16, but can't find her after that.
The families lived in Camberwell.
John and Mary Ann each  married and I have followed their lines down, Daniel died in 1890.

any help appreciated finding Margaret.
Thankyou

Good Morning.

My 4 x Great grandfather John Murphy born late 1790s in Cork was a silk dyer living in Hudsons Court in Shoreditch in 1851, when he married in 1837 in St Leonards Church Shoreditch, a Daniel Murphy was a witness, I've found a Daniel Murphy a dyer and  family living in Bowl Court in Shoreditch in 1841, are they two places close together, and what are the chances both men are related, both around the same age,

I can't find John earlier than 1851.

Thankyou for any help

Hi
I've been looking closely at the pickett marriages and baptisms, and one has the same address as my 3 x great grandfather James pickett when he married, so am I right in thinking they are related or would it be just a lodging house? Marsh Street Bristol.

Good Evening,
My ancestor James Pickett married Margaret Donovan in Bristol in the 1850s, though I can't find James mother on any record, I know his father is James Pickett,
I think I may have found JP juniors sister Elizabeth marriage to a John Driscoll in the non conformist records, and father is James Pickett, how would I know for sure they are definitely siblings, any help appreciated.
Thank you

Hi Bridigmac,
My dad's grandad and his siblings were born in Blackburn in 1879 and 1881 from the same father, but can't be sure when he was born.
The lady who is a high match to my dad also has relatives born in Blackburn.
