They were in Hong Kong, but Mrs Jones and daughter returned to Australia in the 40s. Jones was in the Stanley Platoon of the HKVDC

Picked up some excellent books from the Flea market today in Auckland New Zealand.

Did so, because they may be of great use to anyone who has interest in research there.

Monumental Inscription - The Old Churchyard, Holy Trinity Church, Lirk Patrick - as of 1981

The recording of the Monumental Inscriptions in this churchyard. has been a combined effort by some of the members os the Isle of Man Family History Society

Iris Lyle, Project Co-ordinator, Isle of Man Family History Society.

Lists people who are buried there, some from 1840.

Canada / Wong Kee Ting - Canada

 Wong Wing So - China - had 3 sons, 1, Wong Kee Ting had 2 children- and he migrated to Canada. The other 2 son of Wong Wing So came to New Zealand. Is there any one in Canada who may know this man. He'd be well over 100 years old. His children over 90, and Grand children , if any, in their mid 60s.

Looking to reconnect with New Zealand - Gwa Leng Village, Jungseng,  Wong family.

It's now a carpark within Eden Park. It may have only been demolished recently in the expansion of Eden Park. Looking for a photo of the house that was there early 1900s.

Can anyone help - or point me in the right direction?

Can anyone help - Can't seem to find him on BDM. He died in 1962, and was in Wellington at some time. According to the Poll Tax Wong Ham Hee Arrived 30/11/1920 Arrived from Canton Age 22 The surname is Wong.
