Hmmm,
Not who i thought it was going to be,too young to have been a witness at the weddings i mentioned.
Think it must be the Joseph aged 45 on census and living in  the Finchingfield area of Essex.I have 1861 on CD,but not 1841,any chance of the details ?  ;D

I know from previous searches,that some parts of London fall into the Middlesex cds.Maybe the later Censii,can't remember,all my resources are at home.

I have all the London cds,but no indexes.I know Joseph appears on the Census,but i need the RG reference to trace him.He was a witness at some of my Linsell ancestors weddings,but i don't know what relation he is to them.It may help,if i can find out who he's living with.
Any help appreciated.
