I know this is a long shot but i am also interested in Price/Pryce from the Ellesmere area of Shropshire my Great Grandmother was a Harriet/Harriette Price born circa 1836 do you have anyone of that name in your family line she married a John Jones but can find no official record so do not know her fathers name. Stories are told she met John in Newtown Wales they had a large family and travelled throughout Wales and England

My Great Grandparents are mentioned in this book they are Harriet and John Jones nee Price John was a tinner Gypsy and they travelled through Wales and England children being born in Shropshire, Montgomeryshire, and Glamorgan
On the census records i have found after John and Harriet were married ( no marr record) that three different places of birth have been listed for Harriet they being Wellington/Ketley and Ellesmere Shropshire but in the above book it says she hailed from Newtown does anyone else have an interest in this family

I have a Harriett Edwards/Price born in Shropshire in the 1830's in the book Collecting Folk-Melodies in Herefordshire by Ella Leather she states Harriett married a John Jones in Newtown John was born in Tredegar Monmouthshire on one of her sons birth certs who was born in Newtown in 1876 Harriet gives her maiden name as Price but in the book its says she could of been an Edwards, Does anyone recognize these names as Harriett and John are my Great Grandparents two of there daughters married into the Braddick/Bennett family from Pontesbury Shropshire, while two sons married Bishop girls and there mother was Sabra Bishop nee Lock daughter of Ezekiel and Amy.

my great great grandfather was an Ezekiel lock son of Matthew and Remembrance lock nee Boswell, Ezekiel married Amy Taylor, I'm interested in Sabra daughter of Ezekiel and Amy Lock born circa 1862 in Ecceshall Staffordshire, The only census record i can find of her is in 1891 living with husband Henry Bishop, is there any one connected to this family. Ezekiel "Zekie" Lock was the father of John Lock who was quite a famous fiddle player and they travelled throughout the county circuit of Shropshire, Herefordshire and Staffordshire
