There have been a number of previous requests / suggestions (on previous threads) on how to provide a better quality copy of the document.
Unfortunately the current quality is rather too poor, and this limits the number of people able and willing to assist.

Trove says John and Harriet had no children, and emigrated in 1856. I think they could have been sponsored by James, but I cannot find the ship.
I am confused here - who is John? Is he a brother to James and Samuel? When and where was he born? and married? and died?

I am trying to find out about many holes in my research
Could you be a little clearer with what specific 'holes' you are looking to fill?

Unless you pick them up in any newspaper items, I think it is unlikely you will know where they were employed, and where and when they moved. I am assuming you have done a thorough search for them through Trove newspapers.
