I have attached a slightly clearer copy. What words are you having trouble with?

The record is from Stichill and Hume OPR.

It is the proclamation of the wedding banns for William Ramsay of Linton parish and Janet Slight of this parish.
Witness for the groom is Andrew Thomson in Trogden; and witness for the bride is Jas Slight, gardener in Kelso.
The last line has been partly cut.
