The version I viewed was a transcription and did not show witnesses.  But I don't know if it was a transcription from the original register or a transcription of a previous hard copy.

For the 2nd marriage of William he is shown as Wid of the parish of St Clement Ipswich but there is no further information about Lydia .

With the regards to the birth of Emily Buckett if you view the copy that the transcriptions were made from you will find their are in fact two entries, there is a second for an Emma Bucket with matching references.

If this is your Emily could she have been a twin?

Do you know who the parents are.  It might be worth searching by their surnames.  The name the person you are searching for may not be the one you know them by.

I visited our local museum today and was lucky that the curator was in.  He had a look through the archive and the only photo he had was this. 

Although working from the distance from the Wharf it may be the one in the background
