Could someone please look up someone for me please on the US Marriages please?

I'm looking for William Ketteringham, from Middleton, Norfolk UK. He married Emma ? From New York, somewhere in between 1881 and 1891.

I can't seem to find them on the UK registers, so I think it might be there somewhere.

You may remember  me looking for my 2 x great grandmother Harriet Oakley.

Someone found her birth registration, and so I ordered the certificate.

Luckily, it was the right one, but I'm still no closer to finding her.

In 1881, she's married to Alfred Fuller. but before that, I can't find her anywhere.

According to her marriage certificate, her father was Charles Oakley, who was a Bricklayer.

On her Birth Certificate, the father is Charles Oakley, a bricklayer, so it looks like its the same one. Her mother is recorded as Mary Oakley, formerly COVINGTON

I thought to myself that Harriet & Mary could be telling fibs about who the father was, but on the birth certificate, Charles is actually the informant, so I ruled that out. 

Now, on the Marriage certificate for Harriet. Mary Ann COVENTRY is a witness. 
So if this is her mother, why did she change her name back to COVINGTON, or COVENTRY???

But i'm, still not closer to finding any of them! 

it's driving me bonkers!! 

Could someone help me locate CHARLES PAFLIN in 1881 Please?

I thought I had found him in 1881, under PAMPLIN, but there it doesn't match, as there is a Charles Pamplin in 1891, which matches up with the dates too.

I can't seem to locate someone in 1881.

I'm looking for John Filler (Sometimes recorded as Fuller) b. c1835 Hoddesdon, Herts, and his wife Jane, born c1831 Wormley, Herts.

In 1871, they were living in Norwich, where John was working on the railway.
I found Jane in 1891, living in Durham, in a workhouse. She is recorded as a widow, so presumebly John died between 1871 and 1891.

But I can't seem to find any record of them at all in 1881, could someone else look to see if they can locate him?

I found another John Filler in 1881, but he's married to a Rebekah, from Norwich. So I don't think it's the same one.

Could someone see if they could find some information about William Tull, who in the 1891 Census was recorded as being in the 5th Dragoon Guards,

I think he might have lied about his age, but i'm not 100% I have the same one.
