That is unfortunately the case, I hope to find someone soon, we are revealing the monument at May 1st 2020. so time is running out.....

As far as I know there is no connection with Australia, but I probably downloaded this image because I made a connection with this Shepherd with his wife Ada Shepherd.

Sorry for the late reply, somehow i did not get a notification.

I heard that some of his family moved to Canada, Oyosoos, British Columbia. The Oyosoos Times are publishing an article in the newspaper in the folowing days. hopefully that will turn up something!
