Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Note - 1939 Register.

Could anyone tell me what the letters mean on this snip from the 1939 register register please. NCO...Non Commissioned Officer? and ARP...Air Raid Precaution. but don't know what the letters stand for. The rest is Decontamination Squad? I think.

I wonder if anyone could guess at her age please and would it fit with someone born in 1896?
Do you agree that her name is grace Hodge?
I can't be sure where she was born, but I bought it at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern which isn't far from Bristol.

If anyone would like to use this one for some natural practice, feel free. If anyone should Google her name, they will be brought here.
