Bellevue Asylum was always a Private Asylum with just a few residents. Map shows location and more info on Borin's wonderful web site :-)

As well as the parish church of Saint Bartholomew, there were two chapels in Orford, one to Independents and the other Primitive Methodists. I know the latter is still there, will have a look for the Independent next visit.

There was a Post Mill before the Tower Mill in Victoria Mill Road in Fram.
We have a picture drawn at the time that shows it quite clearly.

Devereux is a Norman surname and pre dates the arrival of the Huguenots, people who came from the town of Évreux.

There are many Deveruex in Ireland too.
