Hi do any of you have John Grigor and Katherine Robertson in your family trees. They were living in Duffus on the 1841 census but Katherine was deceased by then and John was 80 yrs old living at Starwood with his daughters. I am trying to find a marriage for them but its drawing a blank on all sites. looking at their children i found, Margaret was christened 19th January 1783, she being the first born i believe.

Hi looking for the marriage between a James Grigor & Isobel Grant c 1780 onwards. I don't know what year he was born as I don't have any info on him. On Familysearch there are children born between them from 1787 onwards all in Duffus. Any help appreciated.

Hi looking for any anscestors of Jane Grigor and John Ross. Jane was born in Duffus Morayshire 1881 she married in 1903. When her dad died in 1925 she was living in Taymouth Crieff. Any info appreciated.

Hi , looking for any ancestors of Albert Thomas and Isabella Grigor married 1916. I have found two daughters Hilda and Marjorie not sure if there are any more. Albert was a stoker on HMS Victory when they married and also a policeman. At one time they lived in Victoria rd Farnborough. Any info appreciated.

Hi, my great grandparents died in 1925 & 1934. They both died in Burghead. Can anyone tell me which cemetery they would be buried in. I am thinking Duffus church. There is a cemetery at the top of Burghead but not sure if it was open then. My great grandfather died in Roseisle and his wife in Burghead.

Trying to find Boer War records for a Joseph Elliott born Brigg Lincolnshire, served in the 1st/ 5th Lincolnshire regiment. He served in the South African campaign then in WW1. He died around 1915. I have his WW1 medal card but cannot find any records of the Boer war. Any help appreciated.

Hi, i am trying to find any births of children from a John Pearson and Elizabeth Brown from Cumberland.
John was born c1751 and Elizabeth c1752 both Cumberland.
Marriage for them was 10/12/1775 so any children from then onwards.

Hi everyone, i am trying to find Thomas Butcher b1822 Warwickshire / Cumberland ?
Married to a Mary Ann from ?.
I cannot find any marriage for them but they had their first daughter Hannah Butcher baptised 1849 in Whitehaven Cumbria. I have them on the other census's but not 1851. I would like to know Mary Ann's maiden name, marriage date if possible.
This family had most of their children in Oxfordshire.

Trying to find an Alice Wilkinson born C 1851Gove, Nottinghamshire . She appears on the 1871 census living with her married brother William Wilkinson in East Retford, Notts. William was born C 1845-1849, wife Elizabeth. Cannot find William either on the 1861. Both born in Grove. Trying to find out who Williams parents were.
