Cheshire / Re: Burial in Bebington

Thank you for the replies, I shall get in touch with Bebington FHS just in case there is a headstone. We can't find a burial for her husband who lived on in Abergele after her death, so this is another avenue where to look.
Kind Regards

Cheshire / Burial in Bebington
« on: Tuesday 21 March 17 16:54 GMT (UK)  »
Hi,
I am trying to find where the second wife of my 2xGreat Grandfather is buried.
Ellen Jane Williams nee Jones died in "Glynwood" Foryd, Rhyl, I have found her burial record and it states she died in Abegele, North Wales, and is buried in Bebington. She was born in Rock Ferry in 1854, father Robert Jones and mother is Maria ? surname. She died 21 February 1908. Any tips on where I can start looking would be great.
Kind Regards

Hello Shirley,
I do not have a photo of David Williams, but over the few years since I last posted, David Williams indeed was my Great Grandfather's Brother. His service records were on ancestry and I have discovered a couple of new things about him. David was in Service before the war and he worked on the Railways, so I have more to discover yet.
I can speak Welsh if you want to PM me
Kind regards

Hi,
I have just discovered that the brother of my Great Grandmother died in Wallasey and is buried in a Cemetery there. Am I correct in thinking there is just the one Cemetery, Rake Lane? If there is any kind person able to visit the Cemetery to see if there is a headstone I would be immensely grateful.
John Thomas Roberts died 28 June 1933, lived at Chamberlain Street Wallasey. He was 56 years old.
Kind Regards

Have you looked at any passenger lists? My ancestors migrated to Patagonia in 1886. It's worth a try.

Hi Dorrie,
Thank you and your daughter so very much for all your help and information regarding Edward Findlay. I will pass your correspondence on to my sister-in-law who is very interested in what info has come to light on her Great Grandfather and a trip to the Archives is a must now that we know there is some info out there to be found. :)
Best wishes
