Hello

Thank you for replying - I live in Christchurch, Cambridgeshire England. The Bosden family emigrated around 1830 from Kent and Mary Bosden (b.1829) and Samuel Joseph Berry returned here around 1860-62 (they are on Lockport 1865 census but daughter born in Christchurch 1866).

From my research Mary's family had already emigrated just after she was born (I can't find them on any English census).

Did you ever find an answer to your Berry/Bosden marriage? I can't find it either. Very interested as I live in their family home now.
