He married a Winifred Alger in 1942.

On the Marriage Certificate, what was His Occupation, Civilian or Military ?

If Civilian, was His Occupation at the time of Marriage, considered as a Reserve Occupation ?

Have you read this FAQ?

Or perhaps a member here has knowledge on what personnel had Alsatians/German Shepherds.

My first thought, would be Military Police (Army) or Service Police (RAF).

Technical Help / Re: Help needed to connect to Hub

I think this might refer to the WiFi password, which should be written on a label, on the Router. You would input it on the WiFi Settings on Your Computer/Tablet.

I have only pressed the Button on a Router, to transmit the password automatically, to a smart device, that required connection. Try the manual password input, first.

ADD: Some early BT Routers have a pull out Tab on the top on the Router, which has the password label attached.

The above Link provides some mid 19th Century voyage times, for ships, that might be of use. Although directed to crossings from the UK to America, comparisons of sailings from Sydney to Pitcairn could be approximated from the information provided.

The above Link describes one sailing ship, 1850s voyage, from Sydney to Pitcairn. The length of the voyage appears to be well over two months. Eleven days (6th-17th August) seems improbable.
