Hi gang,
Desperation is setting in and I'm squawking for help.
I think I have been doing photo restores for long enough to know about size of photos etc, but suddenly they won't post!
Dear sweet tescoids changed my Internet service from dial up broadband ... where everything worked like it should ... to their new, flash, better(?)wireless broadband.
It too works well, and I was pleased, until I tried to post photos on the restore boards ... it then told me the site didn't exist ... there was trouble with the firewall ...
OK ... I know you can only have one firewall on at a time, checked, only one firewall. Microsoft off, F-Secure on. Knowing Roots is a safe site, I dropped F-Secure firewall as well ... site still didn't exist. (put the firewall back up pdq)
Tescoids in their loveable innocence told me that my Internet connection was working properly, and they didn't know what could be wrong.
The son and heir had the same problem with a photo he tried to put on one of the sites he visits. It wouldn't post from this machine, but did at the library, so it looks as though the fault is in this machine or the connection.
That just about exhausts my technical knowledge.
I am, as I have always been, on Internet Explorer, at present IE9
Thanks for reading,
Paula
