lOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON THOMAS BOLTON WHO WAS LIGHTHOUSE KEEPER AT SUNDERLAND SOUTH DOCK IN 1861. INFORAMTION ABOUT THE LIGHTHOUSE OR THOMAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. kNOW HE HAD A VERY LARGE FAMILY AND HAVE ALL THE NAMES OF THE CHILDREN.

just looked on that site and it is very good with names. We have Forsters in the family, there is a Bill Forster 1903 played for Wednesday which could be a possibility. Will let you know once I have registered with site.

tHANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP. I HAVE LOOKED AT BOTH WEDNESDAY AND UNITEDS SITES AND YES PEL I AGREE THAT MIDDLE SHIRT DOES LOOK SIMILAR. tHE ORIGINAL PHOTO LOOKS VERY LIGHT STRIPES WITH A REDDISH TINGE BUT OBVIOUSLY THIS COULD BE JUST THE SEPIA COLOURS AND AGE OF THE PHOTO.
