Technical Help / New Laptop
« on: Friday 27 June 08 10:23 BST (UK)  »
I have decided to treat myself to a laptop  ;D just for my FH nothing else no games, music etc etc

Thinking of up to £1,000. If anyone has bought a laptop specifically for FH and all that it entails and it has proved a successful purchase could they please PM me with the details of make/model no. and retail outlet.  I know we are not supposed to endorse products hence the PM  ::)

All replies gratefully received and of course acknowledged.

No I did not bother going any further, would have done had I been acknowledged.

I fear we may never know the answer to your question.

Hi Belinda

Forgot to say that the census form does not give her marital status, however I checked on FBMD and there is a death in S/port of Patrick Grady Dec 1865, so she may have been widowed soon after marriage.

Hi Belinda

Think this may be her, living at 14 Parker Street S/port.

She is head of household, (looks like a boarding house) Lodgers etc

Aged 38 Occupation: Laundry  Born in Ireland

Family named Demey as Lodgers, also a Lodger named Mary Grady aged 25 also born in Ireland. No sign of Patrick Grady ?

Hope this helps

Could someone work their magic on these two portraits please.

If they could be straightened I would be very grateful.

All help acknowledged as always.
