Happy Covid Free New Year to you all, my great friends!  You're my daily 'tot-of-whisky' or 'minha cachacinha' as they say in Brazil.   Thank you for all your help, fun stories and scam warnings.  You are all, just the very BEST!   ;)

Family Bibles / Re: Unwanted Family Bible - Thorp/Parke

Thank you very much for your replies, Rosinish, Rosie99 and ShaunJ.  I have checked the family trees on Ancestry and sure enough, the Holden tree is the one.  My use of Ancestry is through  Libraries West so I'm unable to contact them direct.  I'd appreciate it very much is someone could send them a message, I will gladly ship the Family Bible to them.  Thank you.

Family Bibles / Unwanted Family Bible - Thorp/Parke

I posted this seven years ago, and I still have this beautiful family bible in my possession.  I would love to pass it on to the right family.

Both great suggestions, ColC.  I have checked to see if the other two marriages were officiated elsewhere but no luck.  Ah well, I will probably never know for sure.  Thank you very much.

Please can you kind people throw some ideas at this one? I am so puzzled by these two.  The first marriage was on the 6th Oct 1824 at St Leonard Shoreditch, Middlesex by licence;  the second one on the 3rd June 1835 at Saint Mary Newington, also by licence.  Both state him as  widower,  however she is a spinster on the 1835 one.  Also she dropped the Baulden/Balden in the 1835.  Help please.

Thank you again for your magnificent work.  I can see a "shape" which could be Richard, a 4 yo boy.  I've tried uploading tiff but no luck.  Have done a pdf which is acceptable.
