New to the site so please be patient with me.

Information I am Looking for,

 Jane Gaskell born ? Ormskirk, Lancashire. mother of George Gaskell born 16.3.1856 Burscough Street,Ormskirk Lancashire.(No Father listed on the official birth cert for George.

Question? When was Jane Gaskell Born? who were her parents siblings etc

Was George born out of wedlock? Did Jane die?

I have found George aged 4  in the 1861 Census listed as a GRANDSON to John Thomases & Mary Thomases nee Gaskill( Gaskell)

Then in the 1871 Census George is aged 14 living with William Gaskell & Margaret Gaskell nee Rothwell listed as a Nephew

I cannot find George on the other Census

Can anyone help?

Fact.... Jane Gaskell is the mother of George born 1856

1861 George living with Grandparents (Thomases)
1871 George living as a Nephew with William Gaskell & Margaret Gaskell

But I cant find the connection between The  Jane Gaskell &  George Gaskell, William Gaskell & Mary Gaskill (Gaskell)
are William 1830c & Mary Gaskell connected if so how?
