It does say Addingsley Yd, but it could perhaps be meant to be Addingley's Yard which seems to be/have been near Ropergate according to http://yourarchives.nationalarchives.gov.uk/index.php?title=Place:Pontefract_Registration_District,_1891_Census_Street_Index_A-B

I think the first name is Frank - a google on the name found this: http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issues/34640/pages/4352/page.pdf in the London Gazette (hope the link works)
