A Google search for Bingley cemeteries brings up this:

https://www.bradford.gov.uk/births-deaths-marriages-and-civil-partnerships/deaths/cemeteries/

Bingley cemetery is covered by Keighley office:
Keighley Area Office
The Library Annexe
Spencer Street
Keighley
BD21 2BN
Keighley Area Office : 01535 618245
Fax : 01535 690933

Unless it is a churchyard?  In which case contact the church to see if they have a plan of the graveyard.

A Google search for Bingley cemeteries brings up this: Thank you no it's not a church yard I did find some in Bingley parish church . George  Foulds   and William Foulds. It's Frederick George Foulds his son I would like to find and Joseph Foulds Frederick's  son . There in the Bingley  cemetery it's self .  That's a great help thank you . I will go to Keighley next week sometime . I'm in Bingley.

You say that you know the cemetery, so that is your starting point. Contact whoever is responsible for that and ask.
It is in Bingley West Yorkshire . It's the plot I would like to find . I do know my great grandfather has a head stone but my grandmother's has no head stone  it must be 55 years since I visited it .. Is it the  local council I need to get in touch with ?

Not a lot of new requests coming in, delaney, so I've gone back to your original and knocked out a simple sepia version. :)
Cheers,

Has anyone any idea of the age about of this photo , someone a few years ago kindly restored it for me on here . i am trying to work out who is on the photo i seem to think it's my great grandfather when he was a boy born 1863 or his father born 1843 and their mother .
I seem to think it is Frederick George Foulds rather than Joseph Lancaster who i quoted when it was restored  . I think my mother told me it was my grandmothers dad as a boy her maiden name was Sarah Elizabeth Foulds  born 1887  .  Thank you
