1939 - there is Marian Baker with the 1919 birth date, with husband, Jack, plus a daughter with mmn of Brooke, and one redacted entry.  All in Birmingham.

I did sort of give that info on reply number 3, but didn't think we were allowed to give away too much info from the 1939 register.

Did she have a daughter called Mavis,born 1939?

I presume you know that John can also be known as Jack?

Have you tried her under the spelling Marian?

You are definitely ordering a death cert in the timeframe that is available in the £2.50 band?

Digital Images are only available for Births 1837-1923 and Deaths 1837-1957.

BA - Both parents alive
FD - Father dead
MD - Mother dead
BD - Both parents dead

My mother in law died early in 1997 aged 79.
Her sister (Irish!) told everyone that she was 80,as she would have been that age in the August.
So the remembrance cards that were printed said she was 80.
Don't trust ages until you've seen a birth cert.
