Hi cando,

When you read the Naturalization papers there is one with a reference 1915/1503, a second 512 with date range 1873-1873,  and material relating to Anna Regina Heuzenroeder and her husband Carl Jadocus.  Anna mentions details about her husband being naturalised and also when she came to SA.    When you read all of this and put this together with an article we have on Selmar T Heuzenroeder written about 1942 I presume Selmar T and his brother Carl Ferdinand Hugo came out from Germany with their parents, Carl Ferdinand Hugo and wife Conrad.    Thank you for all your help.

Have been searching for so long to find out the name of Selmar and Emma's daughter.   Emma had 2 sons born in NSW and an infant daughter who died aged 18 mths and is buried in NSW. She then returned to SA arriving Christmas Day 1889.  Still have not been able to work out where Carl Jadocus fits in.

Thank you for all these details.  I already have most of this info. Carl F and Selmar T came to Australia with one or both parents, arriving at Port Adelaide. As Passenger lists have not been published for the years they were supposed to have arrived in Sth Australia (1858-1861) it is very difficult to work out exactly who came. Three brothers were supposed to have come to SA, but were they Carl F (aged 3),  Selmar (aged 18 mths) and another brother OR  the father, also named Carl, who came with 2 of his brothers. Not having access to passenger lists is making things difficult. The Snake Charmer guy is related, he is a son of Selmar T.  Selmar T, had 4 sons and one daughter, Sons were Moritz W, Herman H, Selma W and Carl Thomas (married to Charlotte Robinson) and one daugher who we do not know the name of.
