Now it's getting really interesting
We know most of the local neighbours who have lived in Hammersmith most of there lives have always tthought the house was built as a Flour or at least some kind of mill
However I've been under the house and there is now hole in the ceiling of the tunnel where a wheel might have been fitted same area above inside all sealed off
Also there is never enough water in the Brook deep enough or flowing fast enough to turn a wheel
It may have been an idea to build as a mill but ended up being a house
