Buckinghamshire / Buckinghamshire lookup please

I have been kindly helped with a census enquiry but need a little more info to help unscramble my brains please.

Can anyone please access records for one James West b. c1806 in West Wycombe?  He married a Rhoda (?) The earliest info at the moment is from the 1841 census which says Towerage? but I don't know what that means unless its the name of a place.  I wondered if it was at all possible to go back a little further possibly to any siblings he may have had.

I have been 'barking up the wrong tree' so to speak for a while, but I have photos with family resemblances that cannot be ignored.  Help would be gratefully received.  Many thanks.

It does indeed! Some more flesh on the bones so to speak.  Many thanks.  I will now try and follow William's path as he is the one I am most interested in at the moment.  Thanks very much. Regards.

Can anyone please look up  James West born c1806 in West Wycombe Bucks.
He married a Rhoda?  He had a son named William born c 1830 who married an Emma Martin I think.

William and Emma had a son Walter William and I have his marriage cert to Rosetta Payne.

Any help on this would be much appreciated as I seem to have been following the wrong tree and would like to get my facts a bit more in order before I send off for the wrong certs!

Please can someone tell me a simple way to find the threads I posted last weekend?  Hope this isn't a daft question but I'm struggling.  Thanks.

Good morning Lilybel,

Sorry to have been slow in replying, but other things seem to have taken over.  I could do with more hours in the day just to research my tree!
I have looked at the NCH website and am hoping to phone the local office soon to see exactly where I stand.  It will be good to put some background knowledge into this little family.  Just wish I had asked my mum more about them before she died.  Isn't that always the case?  She had 11 wonderful years in Canada - Manitoba to begin with and Kitchener, Ontario for the main part - I think it was the best time of her life.  Regards from little old England.
