I have a 1823 will and cannot make out the last few words on the first page can anyone help please.

The words are underlined on the bottom and next to bottom line. If it helps  he was a solicitor so it my refer to office  items.

                 That has filled in most of the gaps, you have been a  great help with the Australian side. The Hannam's seem to spring up all over Australia.

                Looks like it's Oct 1958 for William and Nov 1988 for Ruby May as the grave references are the same for these two at ESMP.
Any info on Victor Reuben b Sept 1886 in Lambeth Surrey would be appreciated.
There is another brother Percy Charles b 1890 that I cannot locate,  not sure if he came in your direction.

I am trying to trace the death of a Ruby May Hannam  who I believe emigrated to Australia in 1923 aboard T.S.S.Jervis Bay bound for Sydney.
Her Parents were Reuben and Hannah Georgina Hannam and Ruby May was born Dec 1/4 1892 in Lambeth Surrey. Can anyone tell me if she died or married in Australia?
