This is the whole of the map for this side of B'ham to give you an idea.

Rowley Regis is in Staffs.
This is a better map of Mount St. which is situated on the NW edge of Bham.
As you can see it's still a bit rural further West.Go NW about 10mls. & you are
in Staffs.

PS I can't put up anything larger as there is a 500Kb. limit
on here.

John Roberts operated from 31-33 Nottingham Rd. Derby at about this time,
adding "& Sons" in 1891.As this isn't included in the name we can say this
was prior to that or about 1891.I think (& Prue agrees,so must be right  :D )
that this is still an 1890's look but earlier than first thought. So taking into account old card stock I would
say 1890-2.

Hello June
There were 2 Mount St's in B'ham in 1841,one in Deritend & Bordesley the other in the Parish of St.Paul's.
This is the St.Paul's one.

Is there anything on the rear of these photos?

Hello Julia
I think what you have here is a mid-late 1920's picture,I believe earlier
skirt lengths were a bit longer.

Agree with China,I think the 3rd. is a 1890's reprint of an late 1860 early 1870 photo.
