OPR indexes show various births to a couple with these names. Do you already have details of same?

This McNamee family in Clogher at 1901 includes 4 children, but no Agnes:

https://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Clogher/Clogher/1726188/

The 1911 census records 8 children born, 6 living to this family.....but again, no Agnes in the house at time:

https://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tyrone/Cloghan/Clogher_Town/855988/

Obviously, this family may have no links whatsover to the Agnes in the workhouse, but always worth checking further.

A birth record for an Agnes c1915, in Enniskillen or other parts of Ireland, is not immediately obvious at moment (including under variant names).

Alternatively, you can order via GRONI at a cost of £15:

https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/articles/ordering-life-event-certificates

The GRONI index being:

U/1918/114/1013/30/225   Rachel   McNamee   16th May 1918   Female      Enniskillen(pre-1973 Q4)

The transcript from IrishGenealogy shows her mother as Agnes McNamee:

Is there not a 12 year limitation period regarding the beneficiary?

Just in case it links somewhere, in the following mariage:

JOHN PENDLETON

Date of Event   24 April 1845

SR District/Reg Area   Banbridge

the chap gives his address as Ballylisk, and father as Alexander, a weaver.

Ballylisk is a neighbouring townland to Ballyworkan.

Thomas and brother Joseph Stars/Starrs, living with their Greer relatives at Mill Street in 1901:

https://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Antrim/Ballymena_and_Town_and_Urban_District_of_Ballymena/Mill_Street/926297/

and quite possibly their mum, living and working in Belfast, still showing as married, but husband does not appear with her:

https://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Antrim/Court_Ward/Conlig_Street/964161/

and her death in 1906 under 'Starrs':

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details-civil/0d4a6f4875392

which records her as wife of Thomas Starrs.

Was their third child born in Scotland? I can see Mary Jane (1868) and Anne (1870), both born near Armoy in Ballycastle district:

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details-civil/6187857756536

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details-civil/eb3edf7381416

Deaths in Renfrewshire in timescale:

FORSYTH
ROBERT
0
STEELE
M
1884
574 / 32
PORT GLASGOW

FORSYTH
ANN
2
STEELE
F
1872
564 / 2 / 131
GREENOCK EAST

I wonder if the 1872 death above was the Ann/e born in Armoy area? Could the 1884 death of the Robert also have been one of their children (given they were in Port Glasgow, Renfrewshire by at least 1881)?

The 1881 census for Port Glasgow has Robert and Agnes with children Mary J, born Ireland (so ties with the Armoy area birth) as well as an Agnes and Margaret, both born in Old Monkland district, Lanarkshire.

So, even if Robert was not one of their children, there were still more than 3 children born in total.
