Not sure  ::) on Loretta I only found her name on the marriage certificate of Howard and Marie
Would like to find out when and how Howard and Marie  went back to New York  and when Marie came back to Sydney Australia I guess she was a war Bride :-\ She could have had her son by he 1st marriage with her his name was (*)b. 1936

Can anyone help ???
I have Howard Frances Fox B. 35th Street New York abt 1914 he married my aunt Marie Santry ( Bennell) in Australia on the 28 may 1942 Ryde
 I would like to find out anything I can on Howard and his family I think Howard and Marie went back to USA together ???
I can't find anything about them Marie was back in Australia by 1956 and a Widow
Howard s Parents were Eugene Fox- deceased by 1942  occupation Civil Servant and Loretta Mc Donald still alive in 1942
On Howard's marriage certificate his occupation  was a Civil Servant and  a (Soldier)in brackets WW2 ??? , his  usual residence was New York USA

Thanks guys for all your help you have given me some ideas on what Thomas work might have been  :D just have to find out now if he died on the job with the name Thomas Smith I have plenty too pick from between 1854-5 :(

I have a Thomas Smith B. 1811 in Lancashire m. Frances Silcock. there Children  Hannah b.1840 Lancashire Thomas b.1843 Yorkshire Sophia 1853 Boston Lincoinshire and Joseph b. 1855 Peterborough Northamptionshire .Thomas  died before Joseph was born 1854-5 would these counties be conected by a railway ???  maybe he died where he worked . ???

This is my 1st visit to this  chat I hope some one can help me with the 1851 census
 In the 1841 census Lancashire
I have a Frances Smith b. Liverpool abt 1816 Wife
Thomas Smith b. 1811 Lancashire  Head
Hannah b. abt 1840 Lancashire
 1861 census Lancashire
Fanny Smith b. abt 1818 Hulme   head
Joseph smith  b.1855 Peterborough Northhamptonshire son
Sophia b.1853 Boston Lincolnshire daughter
Thomas b.Pontepach? Yorkshire 1843 son
Joseph birth in 1855 said his father had died so i am guessing he died 1854-5 railway servant (they seemed to get around)
I cant find them in the 1851 census  ???
