Nope nothing! I asked if her nan ever mentioned her childhood, siblings or even hometown but she never mentioned anything.

You use it to find the districts in County Cavan, than you can choose those districts on Irish Genealogy.

Although just found Mary's death record which puts her being born 1908 so that's a little help  :)

I did see a birth for a Mary Beattie in Cavan 1907 which could fit but I am now worried that she may have not been from there at all and perhaps moved there after getting married  ???  Apparently, they split up when the children were young and she moved to Harrow in Middlesex. He later married so I am now going to search newspaper records in hope of a divorce notice... unless he was a bigamist lol



Doubtful.... he'd have 2 Mothers in Law!!!   ;D  ;D  ;D

So just put her name in, tick Birth, 1908 to 1908 and search... then Check those in Bailieborough Bawnboy Cavan Cootehill Enniskillen Granard Kells and Oldcastle from results  on Irish Genealogy
