hi..Thanks to all who responded....
Yes,  my Grt grandfather was Edward and my grandfather's name was Francis.  I have all of them but I'm trying to piece the Grt Granfather's siblings and that side of the family together.
It seems that the DYKE's came form Shropshire, namely Ludlow area and then migrated to Worcester around 1800.
The Parish records are hard to find
Thanks again

The Common Room / Living Relative...
« on: Tuesday 11 October 11 17:42 BST (UK)  »

Hi...
I'm looking for a living relative who is in my wife's family tree.
Now I understand the sensitivity of asking for help on this subject and I've tried 192.com, ukphonebook.com...was able to get an address and have written but no reply so my last resort is this avenue.  I am looking for a phone number.
So...a little bit of information, hoping some one would like to help me, they would have to contact me via PM.....for the pertinent info.
The area is Colchester, Essex.
Hoping for some help on this ....thank you
Dave....BC Canada
