Looking for military detail with regard to John TRESTRAIL. He enlisted in Royal Flying Corps 6 Oct 1915 and I would like information regarding his enlistment. Where can I find this for the Royal Flying Corps.
He did not enlist in Australia.

Thanks Carol.
I know how difficult it is to create better quality photos from newspaper cuttings, but this soldier is not listed on any of our Honor Boards, despite being born here and being mentioned in Dispatches - so quite an honourable soldier. I am creating some A3 size boards to display at the Anzac Commemoration in 2015, and he deserves to be included. I have yet to find where-else he is commemorated other than the Ypres Menin Gate Memorial, Belgium and the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. His sister is buried in one of the local cemeteries with a memorial to him on the headstone.
