This is a long-shot, but does anyone have access to Bedfordshire PR's ? Robert MORRIS was born in 1550, but I cannot find his parents or if he was a native of the area, and am keen to know where he came from ?.  His son William b.1575, was a husbandman and died in 1641 and although I have details of his seven children, I don't know who he married either.  Many thanks !   :D :D :D

Does anyone have access to the PR's of Cold Ashton or Chipping Norton ?  I'm trying to find the parents' marriage of Peter RAWLINGS who was born circa 1841 in Cold Ashton (Mother HUKIN). Any help would be greatly appreciated.  :D :D :D

I know it's a long shot, but are there any PR's for Stevington, that go back before 1550 ?  I have a Robert MORRIS b.c.1550. He had a son William MORRIS (Husbandman) who was born in 1575 & who died in 1641, and he married Ann (who was born in 1569).  I'm just wondering if Robert came from somewhere else or was, in fact, a native of Stevington. I am trying to find the deaths of Alfred RAWLINGS (b.1874 in Cold Ashton) and his wife Emily RAWLINGS (nee' DICKS - b.1878 also in Cold Ashton). They were married in 1908 and had a son Augustus Charles RAWLINGSs, b. 1911 in Cold Ashton. I'd also like to know if they had any other children. I've searched everywhere but with no luck so far.   ??? ??? ???   Many thanks !

Can anyone help please ?  This is a real mystery.  A child RAWLINGS was born 1947 in Crewe with Mother PEAKE.   However the records show that a Sarah Ann PEAKE married Sydney D. HEMBROW in 1940 in Crewe. - Then a Sarah Ann PEAKE married Augustus C. RAWLINGS in July 1944, whilst a certain Annie S HEMBROW also married Augustus C. RAWLINGS in Sept 1944 ???  Is it me ??   ??? ??? ???

Can someone please help me find this elusive lady ?  She was born in March 1921, and married a John F BURNEY in 1940 (which is registered in both Sleaford, Lincolnshire and Salford, Lancashire).  She appears on the 1939 Census in Yorkshire as an Assistant Nurse (but I can't read the address). She later married a Leslie WIDDOWS, and died in 1998. I can't find her birth anywhere, and as she was a Nurse, wonder if she came from Ireland ?  Many thanks. ??? ??? ??? ???
