Durham / Cannot find right location

Hello,
My grandmother was born in 1912 and on her birth certificate the address is 437 Mount Pleasant, Sacriston, Witton Gilbert RD.

I have looked on google earth but cannot find anything that fits.  I realise that Mount Pleasant and Sacriston are different places and that Witton Gilbert seems to be a small place in the middle.

Can anyone shed any light on  where she may actually have been born.

Thank you

Jac

I do not get on here every day so sorry if it is a while before I reply

Hi Jacquie,  I thought I had given you all the war record for James.  There is about 10-15 pages of it.  It goes up to his discharge I think.
See you tomorrow

Thank you all so much for your help.  I am going to print all of this off today while at work and give it to my friend to digest.  I will let you all know what the outcome is.

Thank you

My friend said she was with her father and sister Annie in 1901 and she did not mention her mother.  I will ask her again tomorrow for more details.

thanks

Thank you Sinan for the information about the workhouse.  My friend found her family on 1901 census she said where virginia was down as Mary so you have confirmed for her that she was Virginia Mary.  Thank you

I thank  you all for your help and will look at all the information as soon as I can.  I would just like to say to the person called Hallmark on here that I did put the year of marriage in my initial post; also we do not all spend all out time on here so do not answer straight away.

I try to look each day when I have posted but it is not always possible and I object to being judged because I do not answer at once.

I am searching this person for a friend so I have to ask them for information, and rely on them being available.

I will pass all this to them and hope to get back to you all with her findings on the matter.

Virginia and James were living at 8 Kanes Court on the marriage certificate.

Thank you again for your help.

I am looking for a birth record for a Virginia Gardner who we believe was born around 1893.  She was married in 1912 and was recorded as a minor.  We cannot find any record of her birth and the Irish GRO cannot find it.  On the marriage certificate one of the witnesses is her sister Annie and her father is called John.

thank you  in advance for any help

regards

Jac

Apparently the lady on the certificate is still alive and has been reunited with her marriage certificate.  Thank you for your help.
