Census Lookup and Resource Requests / Census lookup Paddington 1861
« on: Tuesday 07 December 04 20:06 GMT (UK)  »
Hi,
looking for George Taylor (Tayler) and Celia (Cecilia nee Wilson) living in Paddington in 1861.  george was about 25 years old (from Gloucestershire) and working for the Great Western railway. Celia was about 26 years old (from Writtle). They were married and had at least 1 child: Albert george (2 years). Could anyone please look them up in the 1861 census? Thank you.

Also looking for details from the 1851 census about these 2 people. George (then 15 years) and celia (then 16 years).

Thanks again.

Hi Bryant,
On the marriage cert. oct 16th 1842 Chigwell is given as place of residence. nothing else. Marriage took place at the Parish Church of Chigwell.
HAve no idea where Joseph could have been 1841.
thanks for your time!

Hi,
Pauline thanks for the effort. Much appreciated.
Bryant, thank you too. That's her. So she married the Baker's son. Well well. I have a photo of their children. These children were my grandmothers cousins.
Thank you again!

Family History Beginners Board / Re: How to find a death after 1901?
« on: Sunday 05 December 04 10:44 GMT (UK)  »
Hi,
Thanks for the tip. But I think Robert died after 1915. I have a familybible which was his. Last thing he wrote was from 1915. I have no idea when Sarah died, but also after 1901. Robert and Jane were my greatgreatgrandparents.
regards
