The Common Room / Admons 1846
« on: Monday 04 November 13 12:15 GMT (UK)  »
This probably sounds daft or just careless.
I have the bare details of a admon in 1846 but now I want to check exactly what it said and I dont know where I got the info.
Having looked at various messages and it appears the only place to see admons for this time is at the PRO (sorry NA).  I have been to Kew a couple of times in the dim and distant past but I am recently certain that I was not doing this particular research at this time.

Is there really no other place to see ?  LDS film perhaps although I cant find anything on the catalogue, but then I never can!!

cheers  Ed

I know that many of you like to have your talents stretched.  Can you please help with this, which is a photo copy of a scan and the copy itself has become damaged.  I have no access to the original which has now been lost  this is the wedding photo of my late brother and his wife which I would like to see in better condition.  As you can see this was a wartime marriage.  The sepia is my own miserable effort.

I am now completely spoiled for choice, so I am going to chicken out and show them all to my friend and let her choose !!  the chances are that she will want a copy of them all.

thank you friends.  I really appreciate this because I know how much this photo of her Dad means to my friend.
I am almost ashamed that no matter how much I try I can never reach these standard.

thanks again to you all.

A friend asked me to help with this photo which she has carried in her purse for 20 years.
I thought that I could produce something printable for her but have failed miserably.
I would be grateful for some helpt.  Unfortunately I do not have the original now so I hope this copy will be O)K for the experts here.l
