Henry Hobson of Goostrey, Cheshire, yeoman, sick in body but of perfect memory, bequeaths his soul to God.
Half his tenement in Goostrey is now occupied by his father Henry Hobson by agreement; immediately after his father’s death or marriage it is to go to the testator’s wife Elizabeth Hobson, to support the maintenance of his son Francis Hobson until he reaches 21.
When Francis is 21, it goes to him for the remainder of the lease.
If Francis dies under 21, it goes to Elizabeth for the remainder of the lease.
All the rest of his estate, after debts and funeral expenses, to his wife Elizabeth.
Executors – father Henry Hobson, wife Elizabeth Hobson.
