Just need to tie up some loose ends on this now.
Need to try & find Henry on 1891 census I think he could be under the surname of McGrath as his mother had remarried in 1888 and probably in Workhouse with his sister Caroline. Have looked under West with no luck for either child.
I also need to see what happened to Caroline West  of course she could have died before her mother. Last record I have of her is 1921 census  when she was 42

I have found Henry & Lilian on 1921 census but not on 1939 
In 1921 still in Chelsea at 1  Bramerton Street, Henry is warden to the Victoria & Albert museum.
Lilian is quite a bit younger than  Henry. Henry being 40 & Lilian 23.
Well I know Henry was still alive in 1931 as he registered his mothers death so maybe he died between 1931 & 1939 census .

Yes I thought it a bit odd and have doubled checked and that is defiantly was it says. Perhaps because the surnames are different ??
Thanks for electoral register information. I didn't think Henry had a middle name and I presume  Lilian is his wife. Will have to try and find their marriage

Yes I did realise Knightsbridge not Kensington thanks for pointing it out.
Yes I also have Anthony McGrath at 38 Orford Street from about 1924 to 1930 , And yes I have his mother in law Marie Louise Theresa Sparks  death as 1928. She is buried in Brompton Cemetery. Cemetery records say she died Hackney Road, Southall.  Anthony McGrath was buried in same grave 12 Dec 1950.
I have found a Probate record for Marie Louise McGrath of TThamesbrook 2 Dovehouse Street London S W 3 DIED 15 Oct 1990 Probate London 16 Nov not exceeding £115000 
Not sure yet if this is Anthony's wife
