Can anyone tell me how I would find out where someone went to school in early 1900s if they had been sent to Belguim?france for their education.
The father was a sugar merchant in Liverpool area, but the son became a fluent french speaker very early on and I was always told he had been sent to Belguim?france as the first son always went into the diplomatic corp and the second son went in the the army (this happened).

I am looking for parents of William Brett who married Ethel Beddowes around 1911-1915, they had a child James in 1915 the birth was registered in Wrexham, but I just can't find when they married where born and their parents etc. Have tried searching the usual places without success and help would be appreciated
