Lancashire / Does the name WINCUP mean anything

Hello everybody
I am trying to trace the WINCUP family living in Rochdale in 1820`s and possibily moving to Liverpool later on.  Only information I have is that a James Wincup in 1850 was an Innkeeper.  Unfortunately I do not know where!

If this unusual surname means anything to you please contact me

I was wondering if anybody had access to at Trade Directory for Lancashire circa 1851 and could look up for me
James Dawson Innkeeper (publican)

I am not sure which area in Lancashire but could be around Rochdale??

I am trying to trace
Isabella Chipchase b circa 1790
Joseph Chipchase b circ 1828

Last known address in 1844 8 Little Ann St - possibily Whitechapel or St Georges in the East.

Any help would be appreciated.

Looking for James Dawson, Innkeeper, living in Macclesfield.
Possibily his son Joseph b 1825 is also living with him.
