« on: Tuesday 25 October 05 21:50 BST (UK) »
Hi

Please could anyone find this person on the 1861 (and possibly later) census?
George WOOD, bn 1842 Mansfield Notts, (possibly in Berwick-Upon-Tweed in 1861)

Thank you for any help

Hi Mary

Thank you for that.  Sorry I meant more recent (ie 1871 etc), but the 1851 is a bonus.

Thank you  ;D

Do you know who he married?  I sometimes think another family member gives the information and sometimes doesn't get it right, so this could be worth bearing in mind although the age is out and he is classed as being born in Berwick Upon Tweed the same as the rest of the inlaws.

High Street, Berwick Upon Tweed
Mary Walker Wife M 44 Sailors Wife
Mary daur Unm 16
Caroline A " 14 Scholar

No, unfortunately I don't know who he married. His farther was a (Primitive) Methodist Minister. I wondered if this could be him on the 1881.
