Hi, I am researching the Munson family in Australia, am interested in contact with anyone doing the same, my tree starts with Benjamin Clover MUNSON (1828-1898) born in Essex, parents: James MUNSON (1798-1830) and Sarah SNOOD (1801-?). He emigrated about 1853 to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, married Mary Jane SNOWDON (1840-1922) fathered 6 children: James Benjamin, Olinda Caroline, Clara Jane, Arthur William, Augustus Clement, Florence Caroline. He died in Prahan, Victoria. He was 1st mate on ships carrying cargo between Melbourne and Sydney, and is listed as a ship builder. I have had previous contact with British researchers of this family, am keen to reconect with them.

Hi Naomi, We are part of the MUNSON family and most of our ancestors come from Essex
Little Horkesley. Great Horkesley, Langham. We have gone back as far as Robert Munson born 1586.
His children were Arthur,Anne, Elizabeth, Susan and Thomas.
