West Surrey Regiment - Sewell

I have come across the fact that a Charles Sewell was in the West Surrey Regiment in the 1890's. He was born either  1854 or abt 1868 in Chertsey, Surrey. Not too sure which of my Charles it is.

I believe there are details on cd about men who belonged to the West Surrey Regiment?

Would anybody have these details so that I can verify which Charles it is.
