Help needed with Milburn family

I have a 1901 census for Winder Bog, Hesket in the Forest Cumberland
I have Jacob Milburn born abt 1859 Hayton East Cumberland  I am trying to connect him to the family, but need to know his parents names.

Can anyone assist.

I still cannot connect

I have a Joseph Milburn born 1826 Lanecrost Cumberland
I have his mother as Mary born 1802 married to Jacob Milburn b 1792
and have other siblings on various census images
Jacob must have been connected to one of them I think but don't know who
Can anyone help with mystery
