Death 1926-1929 UK lookup

Hi All

Hope this is the right section as have looked at a few areas where to post this one.  Apologies if in the wrong one.

I am trying to find death of Edward HUNT born 1896 in Yorktown.  He goes to Canada in the army in 1916, marries in 1917 and dies before 1929.  Have tried deaths in Canada 1924-1926 and cannot find him so guessing he came back and died 1926-1929 as his wife remarried in 1929.  Have a photo of the grave and date is 14 Aug but no date.  The grave looks UK rather than abroad, possibly in Farnham, Camberley, Frimley area as that is where they came from originally.

Any help much appreciated as this is one mysterious ancestor!

Remember there's all the various provinces only some of which have searchable indexes and he may also have gone across to the US - and sometimes where the stone is isn't where the death was.

Also, do you know what his occupation was pre/post war?

Recent developments since my last post.  Found out he did not die then but signed up again for WW2!  Do not know when he was discharged or died during or after the war.  Any ideas anyone?
